When is the admission process for 2082-83? Admissions
Applications open in Magh and close on Chaitra 1, 2082. Scholarship test for new entrants is held on Magh 25.
What grades does SARC offer? Admissions
We offer education from Nursery (Early Childhood Development) through Grade 12 (NEB +2 — Science and Management).
What documents are required to apply? Admissions
Birth certificate, previous transcript or marksheet, transfer certificate (if applicable), 2 passport photos and parent citizenship copy.
Is there a scholarship program? Fees
Yes. We offer merit-based scholarships up to 100% via our annual scholarship test (top 10 scorers). Additional support is available for deserving families — contact our office.
How can I pay the fees? Fees
We accept cash, bank deposit and digital wallets including eSewa and Khalti. Receipts are issued for all payments at the office.
Is school transport available? Transport
Yes — SARC runs free school transport across Kanchanpur district covering most major routes. Schedules are published before the session.
What is the medium of instruction? Academics
English is the primary medium of instruction, with Nepali and additional language classes integrated per grade.
How are exams conducted? Academics
Internal exams are held three times a year (Terminal exams). External examinations follow CDC (SEE) and NEB (+2) standards.
Does the school have a library? Facilities
Yes — both a physical library (5,000+ titles) and a Digital eLibrary with books, notes, past papers and syllabus, accessible to all students.
Do you have sports facilities? Facilities
We have football, cricket, athletics, basketball, badminton, taekwondo and indoor games, with qualified coaches.

Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (NPT). Saturday is a public holiday.
